Member Support

HSCSN offers a full set of benefits to our members. We coordinate all physical, mental, behavioral and developmental care. This includes traditional Medicaid benefits, plus extra services like individualized care management, 24–hour access to care coordination, outreach programs, respite care and medically necessary home modifications.

Your care manager is there to help you manage and coordinate your child’s care. HSCSN relies on a network of providers to care for our members. As a member, your child has a primary care physician, who can make referrals to specialists and other health care providers as needed.
