Lola Adebiyi, MPH

Director, Performance Improvement

Lola Adebiyi has over fifteen years of experience leading health care improvement efforts through process redesign and performance management.

She is a graduate of Wesleyan University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience & Psychology. She also received a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining The HSC Health System, she managed quality and compliance programs at Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) deemed accrediting body for home and community-based organizations. In this role, she developed strategies to improve the quality of the accreditation process for Medicare-certified providers and agency performance on federally-reported quality metrics.

As an Echoing Green Foundation Fellow, Lola’s passion for strengthening community-based health systems to improve health outcomes was nurtured. Through the support of Echoing Green, she co-founded a World Bank-sponsored HIV prevention organization that addresses barriers to access to reproductive health care services for youth in rural Nigerian communities.
