The HSC Health Care System combines the resources of a health plan, pediatric hospital, home health agency, rehabilitative therapy centers and nonprofit foundation to serve and empower families with complex health care needs.
Young Adult Support Group (YASG)
The Young Adult Support Group is just for teens and young adults (14-26 years old). You’ll create friendships, learn about community resources, and gain tools to learn how to make a smooth transition to adult life — whether it’s finding a job, starting college, or living on your own. We provide transportation to YASG meetings, child care, and hot meals to HSCSN members.
Adaptive Sports Camp
Join us for 4th annual Adaptive Sports Camp in partnership with National Rehab Hospital. Activities include wheelchair basketball, wheelchair tennis, adaptive fitness, cycling, wheelchair lacrosse, boccia, badminton, swimming, crafts, outings, and so much more! This camp is for kids ages 6-18 with physical disabilities.
Volunteer with HSC
Volunteers for The HSC Health Care System are a vital part of the resources we provide to the families who utilize our services. Each year, hundreds of volunteers contribute their time to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve and our community.
